Upcoming Events in Kansas City

It's November, and that means it's time for another meeting of the Kansas City Alumnae. The daytime meeting will be held Monday, November 13, at 12:00 noon. Join us at Arbor Woods, 3501 W 95th Street for lunch and conversation. Lunch is $5.50. Our evening meeting will be the following Monday, November 20. We will enjoy an evening of wine-tasting as we assemble finals survival kits for the Delta Pi chapter members at the University of Central Missouri. We like to incorporate a philanthrophy into each of our meetings. This month, we will be collecting items for a local women's shelter. Please bring toiletry items to donate, such as shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, hair combs, or deodorant. Are you one of those people who collect the hotel shampoos and soaps when you travel, only to toss them in a drawer when you get home and forget about them? Pack them all up and bring them along.
